WE ARE F4 FITNESS

FORM FIRST FUNCTIONAL FITNESS is a group training studio that uses a variety of different equipment and interval timing during our classes to provide the best workout possible in around 50 min , including a warm-up and cool down stretches.

THE NUTRITION YOU NEED

F4 also features a Nutrition Center called FUEL FOR FUNCTIONAL FITNESS, that provides post workout shakes and meal replacement shakes to clients and the general public.

Our focus is to get you into better shape no matter who you are! We want to help lose weight and build muscle through proper exercise, and with the way the training program is designed you should be able to avoid setbacks caused by minor or major injuries.

EXPERIENCED STAFF

As a staff we will always make sure that you are performing the exercises correctly and within your ability level, as our name suggest FORM is what we are focused on!

HOW THE WORKOUTS GO


At F4 we use a variety of equipment, all of which can be seen in our gallery, we have squat racks with olympic barbells and rubber plates, suspension training (TRX straps), dumbbells, resistance bands, fixed barbells, and more coming in the future. The workouts are different from day to day, but the workout is the same at each class throughout the day, and the same for that day of the week for the whole month. So for example at F4 we do Yoga every Thursday, it is always the same routine and we do it at every class all day Thursday, strength training happens every MWF all day at every class, and Tuesday is Cardio/core training. Diet Plans will be discussed and determined on a member by member basis depending on fitness level and overall goals, but will be included in their membership costs.
